While preparing things&shits busy for Nikko, MACKAY has sent me a picture;

And that was my new roll cage being almost done.
I barely could see the progress of it due to tight schedules :x (mainly spending 24/7 for my car's livery design).. then early today he posted the whole progress here, thanks pal!
Seems the cage's got painted purple to my request,then sitting somewhere cool for overall drying.
...
Now Imma write kinda-important things now:
Well my fellas, especially who are planning to go to Nikko,
I'll be heading there this weekend(Early Sunday I think) first to meet my friend there and skid as well,
as I get my car finished.
I will also staying there till middle of Monday.
So get your things prepared from now in advance!
I'll also post things as soon as I get there.

Nikko and guys #1/2

At about 4:30am, the sun started to rise slowly but I could see nothing still. :c

So I kept cruising safely while the things start to settle down.

Even speedometers and tacho lights weren't working at all. WTF!!



While cruising with those inconvenience.. sun was rising way brighter, and I could go full throttle.



I sped up to 240km/h of max, which is decent for a drift-use sedan with 450+ hp, lol.
I was worried about body rolling while speeding that much (tbh idk why) but those useless-es were thrown away immediately,
because I only felt a little roll thanks to MACKAY's roll cage and stiffly set up sway bars by previous owner,
which made our Nikko matsuri more confident!
And even surprisingly the car's overall temperature was going just like normal days.

Then I deaccelerated cruising with the speed of 140~150km/h since I didnt want to die.(!)
like, speeding is good, almost every car guy have tried once, but everything goes in vain if you overdo.

Cruising & whining myself that way, I finally arrived to Nikko, and parked car somewhere proper.

There were a lot of machines out there but Im going to focus on just one guy's machine



While post heating my car, I saw Tsuchiya came to smoke around here.

I COULDNT BELIEVE MY OWN EYES, A REAL DORI KING?!

After he has done smoking and oh my lord...he approached into my car saying like...

"Hmm... an familiar car to me, where'd you get one?? I haven't seen this one for too long"

He prolly has noticed my car was an ex-D1SL car..haha ...ha..

I suddenly went speechless , couldnt even answer him questioning, heartbeating too much :x
some seconds later I barely calmed down myself and answered "N....N...near my friend."
And Dori King answered with his own smile saying "Hahahaha I see ＼(^^)／!"
So this was the first time I met him, he even gave his autography!
Damn, too much whining again.

Was walking to pit grid where my friend, Aho, today's contender is at, I heard an straight-six driving around.



And this guy was MACKAY, arrived 10mins later than me with his E46 sedan.
He said he will come here by another car and that was E46, never thought of it!
Although it looked like it was given with quick build the jobs done were amazing,
straight piping the exhaust, giving it aftermarket coils during that short periods...wow

Anyways we greeted each other friendly then did our stuffs since we were kinda busy then :c.



So I finally came into aho's pit grid. That is his aggressive looking Chaser. His crews were having hard time setting the car,
while aho's just watching what his crews are doing. lol



Inside his car looks like this. 2/3 of door trim part has stripped..and what?? hes got his Dashboard transferred from JZX90... interestingly.
He explained there was no dashboard in this Chaser when first time building so straight-transferred one from trashed JZX90.



After some talks Aho decided to take me a one lap shotgun ride. MACKAY you should've taken this one!!

There he goes guys... raising the boost to full...





Man he entered first corner like one crazy mofo, just like I showed you guys some weeks ago (check previous post)
And guys, this wasnt a joke, he even did reverse entry.



Exits next corner then, Bee Racing's infamous rev limiter combined with his JZ redlining at 8.5k RPM is pure craziness.
That shotgun-sounding ignition cut echoed whole course like Tezuka Tsuyoshi's old R324 which was crazy aswell :p


After one full lap, Aho popped the hood to show me what's under the hood.

He says this one is an old-school styled 2JZ mounted slightly rearwards with HKS T51R turbo came from one of the Supra drag machine,
which was dominating quarter mile drag races in early to mid 00's. Wonder where he got one and still being registered with those specs.
I also could know he was an drifter with fashion since his early drift contender days from one picture;



His JZX81 Mark II he managed to buy after having hard times of part-time jobs after his high school graduation in his young days,
saying he did everything he could although it had automatic transmission , drifting that shit out of it taking 1JZ's own advantage.
Talking with him like this the race time has already came.

Damn, the event time has came but I couldn't feature whole race due to my camera's battery ran out.... maybe MACKAY could've taken those!

But don't you worry, I kinda charged the battery, have taken some pics of our forum guys' drifting after the race! (dudes such as MACKAY, Soju, and Bad.Compqny. skip you should've come here too!!).

Also those guys were much friendly.
