Hey, I'm back. I promised this time my RP won't be lames this time!
My name is Tom, I live on Shoreham By Sea, England, UK. I'm working on car maintenance. I can to fix any car, welding, and doing bodywork. Please be awared, my english are not my first language because I was born to fully deaf. I'm spending my time on the online to looking 200SX. Mosty you would find 10,000 V£ on most UK car sale online, however if you find cheap, it use be problem, like rust, engine blown (I'm not lying, I been research before). I found it for 6,500 V£, Sil80 was so fresh, and rust free. Engine are SR20VET, she tuned to 300BHP, thanks to upgrade intake filter, exhaust, and intercooler, plus coolant was improved with replaced to aftermarket radiator. Front end was swapped from S13 coupe so that call Sil80 (Coupe S13 front end plus hatchback S13 chassis), red and black rear light, rim was replace to Works Emotion XD9 and Nismo front strut brace however rest of car was stock. Reason why Sil80 are cheap because head gasket got blown, it wasn't cheap than SR20DET to repair it but I was plan to rebuild top only and make gases flow better like port and polish (Here photo what is port and polish mean: *LINK* ). Order from FrSport and Art Of Wheels has arrived at my house, I got to chance to replaced blown glasket. Yesterday, I remove head off and give them good clean and flatter level on metal so there no gap. If I don't flatter it, I could leave cylinder leaking with fresh gasket because metal level are poor. Today, I change all gasket to new that got head gasket kit, I have to refresh coolant (Anti-freeze) fluid so coolant are cleaned because old coolant got oils mixed, I starting the SR20VE-T running so sweet like dream, there no leaking which is good. I take her to good wash and polish then long drive, then I park and take the photo!
     That all forks, I leave turbo gauge till I got better turbo and Nissan Skyline brake arrive tomorrow! :3 |
