I'll start with my name i guess. I'm called Zero and i lived in the UK for around 5 years but then took a UNI course which made me come to Japan for a year.. after that year i got the choice to stay or leave and guess what option i chose?.. course i chose to live there so now its been 2 years and im wanted something typical yet not common either soo i looked at cars back home.. and i found an S13 200SX hatch for 7k. i got it imported for another 1k and it arrived at Yokohama Docks. I wanna make it an FD spec car so; cage, wide asf and loads of power.. Smokeshow status basically

Here's some pics:

Finances:
$20000
-$7000
-$1000
= $8000
$20000 - $8000
= $12000

How much would you sell the unneeded stock parts for total (including; panels, interior)?

Since FD basically requires everything, but the chassis, to either be modified or replaced, I was wondering what you could sell them for, as an EU 240sx could take the stock parts. As, very rarely, you'll find donor vehicles and such, with near no parts, so it could have the JDM stock parts, from that.

Also nice new RP, Zero.

Same chassis though, between EU and JDM.

If your selling panels, then I'm up for it, at the right prices.

Nice. It'll look good, I expect. Then again, on another note, do you know where to find (in RP) a stock 240sx/200sx/180sx in the UK?

@Yng imma push the SR to around 400-500hp and if it blows then swap it.
@Monkey imma go FD spec but not do FD. imma go pro-am level first.
@JF1 just look on gumtree, carandclassic and ebay usually. expect them to go for decent cash tho

I have no chance of getting a 240/200/180sx, do I?

But anyway, yours looks good in OEM form already, are you going to change the wheel and tyre combination at any point, or re-barrel the teardrops?

8k between 10k is common good S13, if cheap it may rust problem or non runner.

Something arrived!

So i ordered my "Widebody" Kit a few days ago and it consists of;
Koguchi Power Rear Fenders - $400
D-Max Type 3 Front Fenders - $200
K-Style Front Bumper - $200
Bash Bars - $100 (custom from a shop nearby)

Now im going for a Rear Bash Bar in place of the bumper and also replacing the radiator support with a pre-fab bash bar and cutting out the bay a bit so i can get more angle with less rubbing. Now only the fronts came today but they look sick! I tried one but forgot to take a pic so here's one that wasn't on at the time.

Also they are pre-painted in grey!

Never mind the pixelated shadow.

Finances:
$12000 - $800 = $11200

Ignore the shadow.

Anyway, once you've fitted them, how much for the fenders, Zero?

Also, I'm updating my RP soon enough.

Little Update *NO PICTURES*:

Soo.. i decided that a SR running around 500hp isn't very reliable so i had two swaps in mind. 1. RB26DETT which would stay on twins and run basically a little over stock power. 2. A 2JZ-GTE.. now i would stay stock twins also but run a little more boost and mishimoto intercooler kit. Both are really good swaps but a friend of mine has RB26 powered S13 and he basically said "If you want to run a RB with that front bumper i can keep dreaming".. Now i instantly thought "Ok.. 2J fam here we come!"

Soo i'm sourcing a 6-Speed 2J VVT-i right now.. Moving from engines.

I sold the K-Style bumper and got a BN one for a little cheaper.. Same colour as the panels too!
So the bumper, bonnet and some new skirts came in today.. which made me stoked asf.

The bonnet is D-Max and the skirts are BN. All grey too.. im going for a grey front but a red rear.

Sooo thats it really.

Finances:
Panels - $600
$11200 - $600 = $10600

New Look!

  • Soo i got the body parts fitted last night after getting the car back from MACKAY (Great job on the cage too!) and it now looks sick asf (minus the teardrops).
Now going for a grey front really sets it apart from the red.. which is what i want tbh.. i want people to focus on the massive front mount its gonna have..
So i dropped a hint.. now i found a 2JZ-GTE VVT-i motor for $2950.. All stock. Which is great since im only gonna give it a front mount, radiator and oil cooler.

  • Now all i have to wait for parts wise is my new rims and tyre combo to come in which is; Volk TE37v Mark II and Falken AZENIS RT615K+..
Now they are 18x10 offset and lets say... i've seen them on a friends S13 and OMG do they look sick..
Apart from his being bronze, mine are white so it will really go with the colour scheme i have..

  • Now looking at the interior.. MACKAY's custom cage fits well apart from the stock drivers seat wasn't gonna cut it for drifting so i took a bus down to UpGarage! and found this use Bride Zeta III and a *REAL* Nardi 3 spoke in grey.. for $300 total!.

  • I have nothing else to say so.. here's another pic of the S13

    Finances:
    $10600
    -$1000 (cage)
    -$300 (seat and wheel)
    -$2950 (2j)
    -$1350 (rims and tyres)
    =$5000

    Added 1 minute later:

    Giving you 1500V$ for it.
