So ive decided to try to make mods and take on bigger things to improve what i like doing in my free time.(That being Editing pictures and messing around in blender)Now i am aware slrr can only be modified thru 3ds max so i plan to work thru blender and convert it thru 3ds. So yeah Welcome to a bunch of bullshit. Now this started off as a Muffler and now idk what it is but im sure in time ill fix it and add more mufflers to the list (Keep in mind im no pro) Next is a donut.....thats all lol and that all ive made in the matter of 1 night of no sleep and basically sitting in a hot ass room. anyway ill try to fix the muffler later tonight after work or hell even turn it into something else.

Thanks Guys, also I've Decided what i want to focus on with this workshop, and that focus will be on 3 Things
1. Everyday Things Pack
2. Converting at least one map
3. And this one car garage (Which is what the pictures are of)

The Everyday Things Pack will consist of everyday things such as Groceries, Cups, Food, shoes, etc. Just things that a person would leave in the car ya know kinda giving ya car some character.
Converting a map may be easy to some but as a Novice to this whole SLRR modding thing its on my bucket list and i at least wanna do one if not attempt.
The one car garage is very small as you can see and is only being made for fun. there is no real goal for it but to finish it and hopefully learn to put it into the game.(Which is what all these aim to achieve)

as long as it can run SCX export it should be fine however every new version removes something and puts it in a stupid place to find. Id use Max 5 but it doesnt like running on Windows 10

I used it only for converting files that 3ds max 5 originally couldn't read. Exporting to .scx will also work but only for v3 (v4 will just gives you blank meshes), probably because the exporter plugin was built in max 5 in mind.

So for parts do they need to be SCX before i start building the rpk for it?

pretty much. Also the .tex files that comes with it will show you the proper loading order to make it appear properly in-game.

If you're doing maps, you need to use the .rdb that comes with SLRR in the formodders.rar compressed folder. Actually if you want I'll do it for you.

If you're doing parts, then I have no clue.
Click on it for RP.

For tracks i used Track Wizard or you can create the RPK manually by using resconvert

for a part id ask Doge since he makes decors. But try using resconvert and rename the folder to whatever it is in the bat file

making your own rpk is way easier since resconvert always fucks up everytime you tried to make a standalone mod.
you can try to copy someone's mods .rpk then erm, rename it to your own.

or you can check the tutorial on vstanced. It's on "loading order".

After a move, not having internet, then having to wipe my PC we are back to work.
With that being said i will need to remake everything but i see that as a good thing as i can improve on them from a fresh start.
And personally i think this doughnut looks alot better than the last.
I'm still trying to figure out how to make RPKs and such but i will need to convert it to 3ds max first.
that's all for now ill update it a lil later tonight
