The 86 is finally done!
So after getting some parts together from Sleepin Monkey and other sources is ended up spending about 2k on the 86 getting it clean, original and panda trimmed. I gave the engine a good clean and rebuilt it, got all original parts, trims and interior pieces. Its drives amazing for 150hp but that 1.6 rasp it to die for. The classic 86 sound roaring through the touge gives me initial d vibes. I also got a garage which is way bigger, i got it as a birthday present from the parents which is pretty cool. The 86 looks amazing and defo gets people looking cruising down the street.
What did i do:
Engine had a full rebuild
ARP headstuds
New Pistons
New Rods
New Crankshaft
Oil Galleries and Coolant Passages cleaned.
Ported and polished head (makes around 150hp since original engine makes around 138hp)
Stock exhaust
Body/Interior:
New Doors
New Bumpers
Interior Pieces and Seats (Monkey)
Panda Trim
Surrounds etc replaced.
New Trunk
Carpets
Tailights
Headlights
Foglights
Rims/Suspension:
Coils (Monkey)
16" Hayashi Super Street in Black

Pics:

Finances:
Parts i got total to $1950
Sold Tears - $30
4180 + 30 = 4210
4210 - 1950 = 2260
2260 LEFT

Just did the Biggest Swap in my life!!!!

So lets start from the beginning with this.. I saw a R34 GT-T and i was instantly in love with them.. I had two cars which one was worth a bit and the other i dont even know where to start.. I searched for a while and then a beaut popped up for sale/swaps/partex and i thought to myself. Maybe the 86 and S13 and 1k might seal me the deal for this beast. (Its had work)
I messaged the guy and we went back and forth for a while but he said the 86 and S13 and chuck 1500 his way and i can have it. Went down there with a buddy (he drove the S13) and we traded cars and money of course and i drove away a clean R34 GT-T in a sexy colour that was GT-T exclusive.

Now the car:
The GT-T has had massive work done to her ranging from aesthetics to mechanical stuff. Beginning with the engine we find a R33 GT-R motor which is stock bottom end but a built top end and a Holset HX40G turbo running around 1.8bar of boost making it run 473bhp on 98 octane pump gas. Has a Giken Clutch and a HICAS delete. Suspension is TEIN Street Drift all way round lowered to 5.00". In the front we have ripoff CR-Kai's and in the rear we have '00 Mustang Cobra rims. Has a R34 GTR Exhaust (stock) however there is a bad part. It has rust in the floor near the passenger rear and a not very functioning diff. Thats why it didnt cost me much relly (apart from i lost my baby 86 but fuck it) Guy in seat is MITCHTHEBITCH123 (nvm him tho, SLRR broke so had to make a new one thats why i got rid of the cars haha, still havent finished modding it yet)

Pictures:

Finances:
Lost AE86 + S13
-$1500
+ R34 GT-T
$11060 - $1500 = $9560

You should change your RP name to 24V builds! :))

That's a clean R34, a GT-T with some GT-R parts is great cause you get the GT-R looks and power but you can still do some drifts. :D

Just ordered some parts!
R34 GTR Wing (Red because it came from a red '02 GTR)
BBS LM (Stock deepness in front, extra deep in rear)
Plastic Widened Arches (White because they come in that colour)
Gonna max out the camber on the rear and put about -3.5 degrees in the front for perfect fitment.
BBS are 19".
Finances:
$9560 - $1300 = 8260
$8260 left

Only two things came today...

My fender extensions and my rims arrived today because i couldnt find all the parts on one website i had to shop around but still. Test fitted the wheels and lets put it this way... The fenders are needed to actually make the rears fit right since they are so wide. Looks mad tho all nice and fitted right.
Short update but here's pics.

Nice R34. Also the stance is sort weird if you look at the contrast between front and rear.

Anyway, Zero, what R34 mod is that?

GT-T now looking GT-R?
So after realizing the BBS were too wide i went and traded for some NISMO LMGT1's which were a steal for the 34.. they look fresh asf too..
I bought a full colour coded NISMO kit as well. was second hand but a bit of a clean and a detail makes them look brand new..

Havent done much to the engine but i was focusing on the exterior which brings me to colour coding the wing which i did with spray cans (imma dumb) it looks good for cans tho so cant complain.. and also the fenders.. I also got the 34 some sexy glow plates which say 99-34 (cus 1999 r34)

Pictures:

Finances:
$8260
-$1500 For NISMO kit
-$60 for paint etc.
left = $6700

It’s more a functional thing tbh. It gets pretty hot under there so a vented bonnet works fine
