By first i would like to say thanks to everyone that's apreciating the build

And now let's talk about the skyline well at wendsday i was just looking for some parts for my car and jumped into a gtr bumper at craiglist's wich i couldn't resist to get it only 100 bucks and i spent another 50 for the light, and damm he looks incredible. the other mod i got the inpiration from the next day when i stopped side by side to an r35 and the guy started reving that hell made V6 wich was way louder than my RB afther half an hour i got an custom single stainless steel pipe for each turbo and now i am looking for that kid so i can show what's the real power of the old figher LoL and in the future maybe could race it LoL-Pt2. Then i got today those sexy Gt-r wheels on that i got from Soju and they definetely fit the look i am going for. to finalyze the package i installed the only part that i got with the car my friend sent me some universal butterfly door conversion that he's making and i cant lie about those Ricy doors i just love they even some guys hate.

The last days i was starting to get pisssed of with the R33 bumper in black then i decided to grab some paint for it and make things right also got some black paint for the wheels and now he's even closer to the visual i want the next to decide is the wing i am thinking of get an Bomex BMX-AD386 or some classic style one but afther this i am starting to focus more on the performance wich is leaving me to another question i should mess with the interior and replace those old sponjy seats that doesn't hold anyone on the turns or mess with my brakes and suspension for better look and capability to handle the RB wich will be the last step of the build.

Already got the Alpina engine in just going to finish the last conections and then is just making the exhaust and dyno tunning so i can deliver she

# dariws : That Alpina engine looks huge. That's a proper beast.

That is fast i can guarantee the bad is that almost all the work i made is on each detail on the engine internals wich improve everthing from power to durability but almost anyone know what it is and the others almost dont have any clue of it. At least she looks good =D

So at wendsday i was invited for an drift event at an circuit wich was situated on a farm wich wasn't far of my shop and as i was free of work bythe next week since i was getting thing's ready for the japan trip wich begin's oficialy tomorrow (Nice daily updates SOOON). I decided to call my friend that decided to go with his s13 that was mine two years ago and i was going with the Jz bimmer so i can finaly abuse her at the track.
When we arrived the guy who owns the track told us that he was based on Sazan circuit at japan and it was the most accurate as he could make with his budget and one thing to say i dont know Sazan Yet but his replica is AWESOME to drive soon i'll hit the original (trip exitment). After some hours abusing our cars and going faster each lap i decided that the bimmer should got an break and i should got a drink i was just driking some monster and cheking the pics of my shreding her and the 240 when i heard a BOOOM and some sirens when i checked it was the 240 that the SR blew up on the fastest turn and then he hit the fence and it was thrown back on the track.
After all checks and jokes my friend told me that he was feeling bad of leting the car die and i just said as a joke "give it to me i maybe will turn it better than it was" surprisingly he told me that a small chance of saving is better than killing a car wich we both had so good memories but at the end i gave he 350 bucks and paid 50 for towing it to my house.

Little Picture before hitting the track

The bimmer slided these tight corners greatly

Me killing some tyres on the 240

He crashed on track

He Crashed on my house

Economy

Totaled 240 -V$350
Towing -V$50
Gas And food -V$50

Japan Trip - Day #1

So yesterday after i arrived to my uncle house in yokohama and dropped the bags. I decided that i'll put the ae back on the road ASAP but i have no car there and then my uncle offered his Track/Stance Ford fiesta so i could drive arround. And what a cool little car that handle's incredible and is extremely confortable becasue of the mint Airlift suspension kit.

Fiesta parked outside the parts shop.

Afther i organized all my shit i got the Fiesta and went to my uncle parts shop to grab some parts that i have bought for the ae 86 wich were: blacktop 20 valve head, HKS adjustable cam pulleys, HKS oilcooler kit, Koyorad Radiator, Parts to make the Itb's, Set of WATANABES in 16x10 and a set in 16x13, Tein Coils and some Toda cams that my uncle found on the shop and gave me XD.

Then i headed to my garage, opened up the door and there he was sitting great the way i left, afther some little effort to move he to an position wich was easy for me to work on the engine i begin tearing the head apart and letting the car ready to be put togheter again just didnt finished it yesterday because i am blueprinting, porting and polishing the head and the mainfolds.

Tearing the old head off

Economy

Blacktop head -V$350
HKS cam pulley -V$150
HKS oil cooler -V$200
Koyorad radiator -V$250
2x Watanabe set's -V$1200
Tein Coil -V$1200

Japan Trip - Day #2

So today i begin the day getting the 86 Front end apart so i could mount the radiator and the oil cooler. Then it was just puting everthing back again, the only two problems that i got was that the even the 10 inch watanabes only fit with a ton of camber and that the engine definetly needs a tune so it can properly run. Also got some temporary plates since he's coming back to the USA with me.

Actualy i put the head on first. LoL

Then the oil cooler

The new thicker and larger Radiator

New Custom made Itb's and the old TODA exhaust

Head cover strutbar and oil and a cranck with 4 more valves

Then i moved to installing the Tein Coils and watanabes.

Random shots of he parked while i was getting some food.

# KondzixsPL : This build makes me want to get an 86. BTW what are the prices of them in Japan?

Well 86's can vary from prices very much for example my when i bought it he was going to be crushed so i paid 500 and it has tons running problems and a losts of rust sopts (wich i prevented the spread but not fixed), one like mine today should be arround 2k-5k because that time he was just an old corolla wich only drifters will get by it's reliability ,but today 86's prices are going to the stars because it turned into a japanese PoP icon (F*ck initial D) so the prices depend of how much you wanna work on the car , how deep you searched for one , and how much the seller think it costs. So with more search than just the internet and some Gas monkey negotiation you could get one in a driveable state for 4k-6k.

Now i think they would run side by side cuz my camber will fuck the grip and the engine is needing a tune.

No i think with this setup i can get arround 200-220 hp and wen i restore it i'll be able to remove weight and go far on my engine build wich i am aiming to get arround 270/325hp wich is pretty high considering that i am keeping the 4a and naturaly aspirated.

So today it was an very productive day wich i just finished the checkup on the 4a and went to have the lunch with my uncle and then i got everthing i needed and went to the dyno and then my engine did far than what i think he was capable even that i was only running with 95 octane. basicaly with tons of fine tunning i sorted my car to deliver 225hp in its peak and arround 200 in a big rpm zone also got impressed by the torque wich i could make an setup that will help me in low gears and punch it harder when i need it arround the redline. now that i can trust my car i am going to start looking for the other thing that i want to take with me when i go back home. Tip: it's a car LoL

I BOUGHT MY DREAM CAR(and other nice thing)

It all begin in ebisu when i met a guy that was also drifiting there afther some chat i reavealed that the true reason of my travel to the japan was that i came pretending to buy an Skyline R34 then he told me that he got one friend that was restoring one and ran out of money so he was selling the car afther that we exchanged numbers and agreed that i could check the car on wendsday(yesterday). When i got to the hotel my uncle called asking if i was selling my garage since i am taking the 86 back to the USA We agreed on 25k with all the stuff. he payed me 5k already to help me with the R34 and he will pay more 10k parts. Afther that i bought some shoes from Rookie wich costed me 1.500 bucks

For some days i decided to make some normal people tourism and holy japan got incredible landscapes. Then the day arrived and when i got at the guy house nothing of skyline or any car then he explained that the car was parked in the garage that he was working when we arrived there he was sitting with lots of missing parts the engine afther some talk he explained that the car crashed on the front and then was sent to the junkyard but wich he rescued and started the restoration but he ran out of money and decided to sell the car. the was listed for 9k but afther some checks we agreed that the car was needing much more than what he was thinking then he offred me his other build an SEXY AS F*CK aristo that he also bought with the front crashed but this time he recovered it with an european front and a european Supra 2jz Gte non vvti with an AEM Ecu. The car also got some Gtr brakes and scale innovative coils. the final price was 7k For the r34 and 3k for the Aristo. Both of us got happy with the sale.

And for saturday i'll be hiting Sazan with the Aristo to keep up with all the jz's that are going.

Economy

Garage sold +V$5.000
Skyline R34 GTR V-Spec -V$7.000
Aristo -V$3.00
