Sorry for the delay in progress. I had to focus on my work for some time.

Uhh.. Yeah. I just took the whole front apart... and got the used S13 front portion for 2500V$.

It wasn't definitely cheap but I was a big fan of Sileighty since I was a senseless teenager who grew up watching those 'Initial D' stuff.

I was hoping to get that 'Aero' bumper but it was so hard to find here in Korea.

Also the hood came from another S13, so the color is different.

Speaking of wings, i took the wing off the car, since i wanted to keep that smooth back.

Anyone who wants 180SX X-Type front parts and wing, hook me up B)

Went to local tuner shop to get my MOMO Monte Carlo steering wheel delivered. Also, the manager gave me 2 pairs of steelies to use during drift or race.

It looks weird but I am planning some stuff lately.

Sure thing. Send me the PM. :)

Thanks!

For 2 days, I repainted the front quarterpanels, hood and the bumper matching the body color. It costed me about 700V$.

Also, as you guys noticed, I got the 240sx chuki wheels and used tires for 150V$, since the steelies are to be sold.

Now it looks much better with one color and proper rims(?).

Oh, about the S14... I am using it as my daily driver. The 180SX somehow is becoming one of those "project" cars on the internet.

Today i am focusing more on my daily driver S14. Bought a can of Coke for refreshment.

I go skiing every winter and I needed a roof rack to hold my gears, so I grabbed a pair of used rack from my neighbor's SUV for 50 V$.

Tbh it doesn't go really well with this type of car, but I needed it.

I replaced the tires on the S14 with slightly used Toyo R888 for V$800.

Toyo tires aren't available on the Korean market for now, so I had to buy the used one that were previously imported by the local tuner shop.

I also installed the tow hook for safety reasons, since the winter in Korea is quite harsh and the car is RWD. It costed 50 V$.

It will need a tow when the car is stuck. But probably the best solution is not to take the car outside during snowy days.

- V$ 50 (Roof Rack)
- V$ 50 (Tow Hook)
- V$ 800 (Toyo R888)

Total V$ 1055

Screw those DMV guys.

I was looking for some trade market on online JDM community site in Korea, and I found some interesting rims.

I was really lucky to get two pairs of used SSR Reverse Mesh rims for V$ 900. It is 16 inches and it came with used Michelin tires.

The previous owner said he was planning to put those rims on his Daewoo Lanos, but he decided to sell his Lanos and also the parts that are left with.

The installation was successful but deep dish sure needed some wide fenders.

I contacted local tuner shop if they have any fender flares available and the manager said that he has several flares.

I went to his shop and got it for V$ 200. Of course it was pure black plastic, but those are planned to be painted same as a body color.

The fitment on the Sil80 is not enough, but since I am getting short on cash, I think I have to focus on my life for several weeks.

So I can get some shocks, suspensions and brakes to work with.

Getting used to the Automatic transmission is making me lazy somehow. But it sure is really comfortable during rush hour.

I planned on 3.8 V6 Hyundai engine swap, but I decided to stick with SR20. It sure is a fun engine to tinker with!

- V$ 200 (Flares)
Total V$ 1455

Today, i met a guy who was selling SCALE Innovative Series Suspension for V$1300.

I bought it immediately and brought it to the local tuner shop, installing it!

I also got 35mm Spacer Kit for V$ 50, so i could "stance" the car somehow.

After installing it, I took my Sileighty for a short drive to the lake, and the expressway.

Night driving was actually super fun than I expected :D

Well, I was looking for something interesting, and I contacted some guy who wanted to trade with the original S13 bumper + V$ 200 with his OEM S13 Aero bumper.

I picked it up and traded the bumper with him. Also, he offered Chuki OEM side-skirts and Navan rear kit for V$ 400, so I made a deal.

I offered him my used Stock 240SX Chuki wheels and tires for V$ 100.

Of course the parts are not painted yet, but I will do it as soon as my budget becomes more stable.

I went to a small local car meet today. I could see Saleen S281, E36, and AE86.

The owner of 86 said that he was using this car as a weekend racer, so he didn't register the car at all.

It looked pretty much stock, but 4AGE was slightly modified and the BBS wheels installed.

I saw that this car was quite heavily modified, since it had Quad-Turbo inside the engine bay.

The owner used Mustang GT as a base model and made it into a beast. It has Saleen S281 bodykit, but the interior was quite different from original.

This was actually my favorite so far. E36 is really hard to find in Korea, since such a small amount of car was sold, and it was really expensive.

The owner said he bought the original 320i and did some M3 conversion with some custom bodykit with rebarreled BMW style wheels.

Overall it was pretty exciting! I could see some rare imports and talk car stuff with the owners.

Yup. It was originally white but the owner repainted it. I also love that style
