well im new to making mods for slrr but i have been playing the game for 12 years now so anyway this is what im kinda working on atm:

yea maby i will ill have to see what models i can get but i want to make this one good first and make more like that and maby model them myself later if i can

Looking good, i think you should revise your material tho, it looks far too flat(unless you meant it to be matte).
With so much drama in the V-S-T, it's kinda hard being Bigg B-O-double-S-ninetythree B)

Oh i see, well you will have to play a little with them until you find the right setups then.

I can tell you that the best chrome effects are obtained using reflections between 30% and 45%(not over because it'll look bright during night, not less because it might look just shiny and not chrome), will obviously have to play with specular and glossiness levels to get a proper result tho.

Also, what's weird with me visiting your workshop? lol

Now press F10 and use some higher resolution (Output size), and zoom your models a bit ;)

Bash bars look smoother now, good job. You could try to make some for specific cars so they would fit better, or even a roll cage! :D

Making something exactly for specific car isnt hard :) i use Cinema for modding so I import scx model of car to zmodeler, export it to cinema, in cinema make what i need to make and export it to 3DS to finish it :)
