I took the Supra finally here in our touge for some drift action. It's Sunday, the weather was really nice, there were no cops. Everything went good. And I definitely need a new set of tires after today. The 2JZ did good even tho it's a used block with used internals and shit. The gearbox with the used driveshaft and diff are good. I'm pretty happy with it. I just have to put back the front bumper and order a rear wing, and it will be good. It really needs a couple of aero parts Luckily Zero and Jeff took great pics of my car today Dont ask where my headlights are That straight pipe is loud af Okay, I did fuck up a bit, but the car is still good This post was edited by yngsensei (2017-04-02 12:01, ago) |

Well we already had 3 cars at the Garage so why would we need another? I brought my S13 from my house in the centre of Osaka 7.5 miles away to the industrial estate housing our Team Garage. (we pay 3750 every month btw) I parked it up next to the FD and decided to take a pic since it was still rolling around on my friends BBS but i have already decided i want NISMO LMGT4's since they always look good. I have also gone and bought a chuki front bumper off eBay so that should be here in the next few days. Im also stuck on deciding to either make the SR lump into a N/A with ITB's or put a monster turbo top mount on? I also rolled the fenders for some more stance and pulled them.
The car also deserved a massive Osaka Night Kids sticker being slapped on the front windscreen.. So i did Here's the cars sat together: |

New shoes for the 180
Well after talking to some people asking them for SSR rims, I found them. It was a good price with new tyres on the rims. Of course the rims were used but no chips and no dents in them or the lip. Also I bought spacers for my 180 to give it a better look. To be exact, 5 bolt 5 centimeter SSR spacers. This is the look for now. Still needs camber And here are the shots of the SSR Starshark II rims |

Just drift it
While chilling in the garage today, we heard some sounds outside in our touge. We heard that it was a SR20 but we didn't hear that STUTUTUTU. Immediately we were intrigued by that sound. I started the Supra and went outside to find out what it was. For our surprise it was some local drifter that just finished his S13. You can see that the parts still aren't painted, and that it didn't drift that good. Probably some adjustments needs to be done. I spoke to the dude, and we did one quick Touge run, top to bottom. It was hella fun running tandems in tight corners, especially with the 2JZ and his SR20. The guy driving the S13 was so chill and he was really good at drifting. His car got this unique 90's style, with some goodies in it. Luckily Zero and Jeff took pictures of us while drifting And this happened too. But we didn't crash luckily Well these 328 2JZ HP were enough to overtake him But on the straights, he kills my Supra After we made it to the bottom, I checked out his car. It looks good. Work Equip II rims, Vertex steering wheel, custom fiber glass spoiler, Kakimoto exhaust, and the biggest surprise, N/A SR20 with custom ITB's. But TBH it looks so good. I hope my 180 will look this good... And here's the Vertex steering wheel And the stance just looks right And here's that N/A SR20 with his custom ITB's Pretty good day. After we get home, we will start working on Zeros 86. |

So once i got home, i took Jeff and yngsensei to a local garage since we dont have a hoist or stand for the engine.
We took the hood (or bonnet) off and started unbolting the Exhaust Pipe then started on the motor mounts and eventually the fuel lines etc. The engine was lifted out perfectly and didnt hit anything luckily, i like the paint on the 86. Im glad im finally putting a 20v in since the 16v sounds great but has no puff for uphill races m9. |

So i spent all day with a guy from the garage fitting the 20v and it was pretty simple since its basically a 20v but better! All the lines were fitted and exhaust mounted up and i also managed to find some old R1 carbs so i could have ITB's! It sounds insane now.

Well, Yesterday I got my Dealers License! And i'm a Certified Mechanic, so I can Buy cars from auction as a Agent of Porsche911man, and I can work on customers cars to earn some money! But so far on the RX7, i Ordered a 13B Rotary Engine + 5 speed manual Transmission for 1800V$ it has 186k Kilometers on both, one of Zeros friends with an Evo will get it for me, and Me and Zero drove down the street to do a rim swap again for the Rx7. Overnight were planning to fit the 13B in the Rx7 so i'm happy! Cant wait till the El Camino arrives, especially because we spent so much money for it and didn't use it once yet.. Same for the Rx7 but that's way cheaper.

Yeah, I agree! It's gonna be a running car probably by tomorrow cuz the engine came with ecu and harness, all that stuff and I don't need to modify anything cuz it came out a twin turbo fd with same trans that it used to have! So once I got my car running, your car is gonna work and yng's supra already works..! So we can tandem tomorrow night?

180 goes hard, nah jk
After fitting my R32 wing I bought from Lagano a while ago, and putting on new brake lines, brake pads, rims, battery etc. I took the 180 for a Touge cruise. It's not registered, but I was lucky enough that no cops were around. It's got no muffler so it's loud AF. But I have to say that it drives pretty solid. Now that me, Zero and Jeff are in the garage, we gonna start preparing the 13B to put in the FD. Jeff took a hella dope pic, while Zero was driving in front of me in his S13 But this one is just mint... And this is how the car looks now And the R32 wing looks good also Tomorrow the FD will run and drive, and Zeros 86 is also road ready. |
