Porsche? Did somebody say Porsche?
Cause I've got another bad idea to replace it. So, during my drive home from Washington state to feature Smurf's Volvo wagon, I realized while driving the FC how terribly I need something that can actually be daily driven. Yes, the RX-7 is comfortable and all, but it's a gas whore. Like, 13 to the gallon whore. So, what does someone as cool, dashing, and awesome as Nick buy as a DD when he has a lot of money to throw at something?  :3c It's too late to stop me, for it has already been done.  oh god this was a mistake  Eh, who cares? ITS A FUCKING R34 SKYLINE IN EL ESTADOS UNIDOS So, story time as how the FBI isn't plowing through the garage right now to crush it. Way back when, there was this company named Motorex. They imported cars. Specifically, Nissan Skylines. They began witht eh R33, and moved to the R32 and R34. Of course, they registered the R32 and R34 as different models of the R33, instead of different generations. Hence, the crushing of the illegally registered ones. However, those that had been bought by private parties were put on bonb release, which means that the US Government has thankfully promised to not touch them.  This example is a Skyline GT. Which means, it's a four door, yet sports the RB20DE NEO. The NEO motor is like the regular RB, yet it produces a little more power and little less emissions, and it also has a really cool valve cover. Here's the best picture I could find, as it's far too dark to go out and take a picture of the one I have now.  Cool, ain't it? You know what else is cool? ... Owning a fucking R34 Skyline.  Let's watch this car be the second car to get a wing before the FC. Had: 17,320 V$ 1 (One) 2001 Nissan Skyline GT R34: -11,000 V$ Ownership of a Skyline: PRICELESS Total: 6, 320 V$ So, yeah. This, is gonna be awesome. Now, where the FUCK do I find R34 parts? |

 I knew this day was gonna come. But it doesn't make it hurt any less. ThatBoostedGuy took her off my hands with the promise to rebuild Widowmaker, and to make her better than she was before. Knowing him as long as I have, I trust him to do this. Widowmaker's in good hands. Yet, it still hurts.  For the move, we took the trunk and the damaged panels off. It turns out only the barrel on the 4th Fifteen52 Outlaw 001 wheel is broken, so that could be rebuilt. The rest of the panels... not so much. We also hastened a alignment fix to allow her to turn so we could roll her out.   This was the last shot I got before we pushed it onto the trailer, and I gave it a final goodbye... For now. Had: 6,320 V$ Selling Widowmaker to ThatBoostedGuy: +5000 V$ Total: 11, 320 V$ |

OH MY GOD I just heard what happened to the Widowmaker I didn't want to believe it! it doesn't rain much here in Cali, but when it does it seriously packs punch I am sorry she had to go this way. I am glad that Boosted is getting it and she will live on. In the meantime, that skyline is mint! all you skyline owners rolling around here and the surrounding states make me uber jealous

 Ayy lmao. As you noticed in the last post, the ER34 originally had OE R34 wheels. Now, it doesn't, because they looked just a tad garish on the car. So, I picked up a set of Volk TE-37v Mark IIs.  And man, do they look good.  Theres the official stamp to satisfy the weeaboos/S13 owners. Oh, yeah. So, I've taken a slight break since the RWBing of Parker's (and formerly mine) Porsche. So, what does a SpeedHunter do on break? He goes back to his roots. No, I'm not buying another motorcycle atleast I don't think I am. Instead, I went back to my home town of Palm Desert, right after installing a certain something that came in, meant for the ER34. I must say, URAS does have impressive packaging skills.  Here's a shot from when I pulled over on the I-10 to stretch my legs a bit. And while I was out of the car, I actually got a picture of the new modification on my car! Who would'a figured?  And yes, it's a real URAS part. It may not be something as extravagant and noticeable as a GT wing or a giant front mount intercooler, but it sure adds a whole lot more character to the car. I like it.
