# Phonexius : Nice W201 mate, I love that car (It was my 1st IRL car) good luck whit your goalsThx man Now they changed a little Change of Style
I always loved Rat rods and has been a time ago that i started to see some bulds of this kind but with euro cars and these builds made me change my style a little at the mercedes now i am chasing an Rat/Military look So today i made a little trip to an junkyard that i know for a while and got some parts to the Merc new style i found two crappy fog lights ia crashed Mk1 golf and the oil cooler came from a Bosozoku Ae86 so when i got home the got some old oil lines an sandwich, oil pump... And stated the mess. i guess that this is almost what i am looking the final touch will be the Paint and Stickers. also made an deal on that special car that i spoke yesterday but i will only reveal it tomorrow. # FastCars : A) Thx mate i was looking in that one too. Now only need to chose the decals New Ride
So yesterday after i finished working on the Merc i went to an charity auction where i bought this savage r32 that was crashed and had all the front end damaged but the Sr20 that the last owner was in perfect shape except for the intercooler that was gone with the car front, some parts were sold while he was at the junkyard. The car doesnt started since the crash.after i bought it i checked the VIN and had an great surprise Its was an original R32 GT-R and the car still as an savage with means after he turns into rideable i can register it at the DMV again The best part my winner bid was V$900 but afther the auction bills and towing the final price was V$1200 Added 2 hours 6 minutes later: Since last hour i spent my time diagnosing the sr after i took it out of the car the engine was extremely easy to remove beacause all the wiring that joint the engine to the car was using fast waterproof connectors thx to the previous owner for this job. after the engine was removed i changed all the fluids made an fast check, and to surprise myself after the second attempt he started like new already in the car. I got so excited that got an old seat that was laiyng aroound in the shop and took it to the parking lot, i had to admit the car slides very easy even without turbo and leaking rear shocks dangerous but a lot fun. after i have lunch i will take the mercedes to dig some parts for the skyline This post was edited by Sleepin mOnkey (2017-01-10 20:53, ago) |

So i guess that's today last update
After i came back from my little jukyard trip i started striping the skyline so i can sandblast it instead of sleeping how i said before the engine dint took more than 10 min now that i know the procedure, the suspension was little harder but nothing impossible. I got almost all metal missing parts except for the fenders because i am considering going WIDE |

So last night after i finished sandblasting the R32 and drinking 4 monsters i decided to antecipate some parts that i bought for the mercedes yesterday at the junkyards.By first removed my old recaros and put some BRIDE lowmax that costed me v$350 each afther that the rear strut bar From BEAKS that was originally made for Integras only need some new holes to fit at the W201 and under the bonnet i put two Hella Supertones.
Added 1 minute later: P.S Forgot about the muffler that costed me -V$250 |

I like R33s the best then 32, then 34, then 31, then, the 1973 skyline, then the 1969 skyline, then 30, then 35...
What color are you gonna paint your R32 after it gets all its panels btw sleepin mOnkey? Or is it a suprise |

# FastCars : I am 99% ThatBosstedGuy's 32 is this exactly color and a friend that work in nissan searched for me the VIN and discovered that this car left Japan black so is black that i am going with for now. So last night i decided that i will keep the 32 with an stock look and ran direct to the junkyard before he was closing to get the missing body parts (front bumper, lights and the spoiler)for the 32.Also forgot to mention that the car was already primed with the complete body . So today after that i got some sleep i hang out with the mercedes and grab some clients parts. The guys who distribute pieces for the shop gave me an free alignment at the mercedes while we were making a little tour at their new shop,ad was at some point at the tour that i asked if car parts also were refurbished it was this time when he show me two greddy Type-S coilver set and some AP Brake kits i got two of each for less than half of the original price and also some other parts . So about 10min afther that i arrived at the shop the second great moment at today happend my Rb has arrived 4hours early than expected and this wasnt the best thing of everthing the best part is that someone shipped my RB for other guy and the ebay guy sent me actualy an stage one engine with less miles but the problem is that engine was without exhaust mainfold an intercooler piping so we made a deal that he will sent the Stage without piping and the mainfold and sent me $900 bucks back. (Man i am so lucky these days) I made the piping and mainfold with some leftover stuff from the shop. |

So today after i sent the R32 to an friends paint shop where i will paint he, i heard a sound that i will recognize miles away it was my Old "Buddy" an civic eg6 that was my first car that i bought from cragilist it was am complete sh*tbox but i took me lots of time and money but at the end it turn into a great ride, but when i started the shop stuff on LA i got out of money so i had to trade the ride for another Shitbox that these days is turning into a nice ride thats my actual W201 in that was belonging to an friend. So this friend afther some time lether mon made an little trip with the car an this was she hit an deer and the insurance was almost sending the car to to be crushed so we made a deal i will fix the car and he will pay me when he has the money.
So today he came wih the car and he told me that he got into a college and his mom was giving he an brand new carr and he was in need of 600 bucks to pay the subscription so we made an deal he dont own me any more money and i got MY car back for V$550. |

Damn that civic is sweet, nice to get your first car back, my first car (in RP) is a 97 camaro Z28 that my grandparents are holding in there front yard in the U.S were its covered in parts and rags with alot of engine issues and rusted out frame and alot of other things. Alot of fun times with that car, i learned how to Turbocharge a car with it, rebuild a engine, learn stick... I used it as a drag car and drift car... i rolled it over twice... Good times...

Sorry guys i went a little out actualy it was two reasons 1st the shop was full these days and the second its wwas that i dont wanna post anything about the R32 until it was finished.
So i i gonna talk about the parts By first i got an excelent deal some guy i found on craiglists selling an set of Nismo Lm4 17X10 inside the boxes actualy he was asking V$1500 i was going to pay untill he asked about the SR and actualy that engine got more than i expected it has forged injectors 600cc injectors greddy intake... So the guy got in love at the Sr and we deal i will got the wheels +V$5000 and he will got the except for the megasquirt that is actualy at my RB.So while i was pickng the 32 at the paint shop i decided to make an little jump at an big warehouse that sells metal and got some materialthat turned on the rollcage thats inside the car. And the last thing that i got was the interior thats composed Some STATUS seats is half stripped and the only thing thats different at the dash is the MINE'S instruments directly from japan.also got an ATTESA controller that allows me to adjust the torque distribuition and the the diff locking (i can fully lock the rear diff just like welding) the only thing that still need to be done is an general tune. |
