Thanks for all the support guys, it's been a rough few days trying to find some of the parts. Some of my motor parts have turned up and will be returned. But in the meantime I've sourced a replacement chassis to build up on. |

I've been hunting for a replacement car, I decided to sell off that shell to a buyer who was willing to buy a grand for it. Might as well start clean anyway as that chassis is probably going to bring on some terrible memories. I'll have an album of that car's progression through the months I've had it.
1993 Nissan 180SX RPS13 - $8000   My one biggest regret with the old chassis was that I hacked up the stock fenders - not happening to this car, going to do my best to stay stock body. Although the fenders have been rolled, the previous owner recently did some rust repair and I was assured there is no rust whatsoever and the chassis is straight. I always spend a little more to get a decent chassis, and this car is no exception. It's rolling on some Type X and Teardrop stockers as the guy wanted to keep his wheels, which is no problem.  Interior is clean as well, stickers here and there, S15 steering wheel and Recaro RH4 buckets with HKS print. I may sell these, as I don't really like the bolsters. Engine is a blacktop SR20DET with quite a few upgrades, will go into detail once I go over the whole car. |

S-Chassis is a pain in the ass if you buy a hoopty haha Added 33 minutes later: So I went over the motor, it's a rather well built setup. This guy put a lot of time under the hood.   S15 blacktop SR20DET Garrett GTX3076R twin scroll turbo Mazworx top mount manifold Tial MVR 44mm wastegate Turbosmart boost control Apexi Power FC ECU Tomei cams Z32 MAF 650cc injectors Turbo is running 15psi, I estimate around 330-400 horsepower in the current guise. Thanks man!
So I went over to Ricardo (Lexotic)'s house as he said he had a white RPS rear bumper for me. So I drove over to his place and got it fitted. Also played around with my Tein coilovers and basically have them maxed. So an order to 326power has been made.

But I like to enjoy creating something new, Sam has a point, what's the point in recreating exactly the same car when I basically have a blank canvas of an S-Chassis?
Added 10 minutes later: Ricardo hooked me up with a little gift, a genuine Koguchi Power front bumper. Put it on and going to Up Garage to pick up a set of Type X skirts and rear valance.

Type X is life indeed
Spent the past few days doing a few things to both of my cars -  Completed my full Type X side and rear aero, and got everything paint matched.  Sleepy eye is a must do for all S-Chassis.  Now for ER34 -  Just because it's my daily/streeto car doesn't mean it doesn't need more style! Sold the TE's for a solid price and picked up another set of my favorite wheel, SSR Agle Minerva 18x9.5 +5 and 18x10.5 +0 spec. Also picked up +35mm BN Sports front fenders as I love the vented look.   Might get a set of blast pipes going, but I'm putting in a Kaaz two way differential so I can get some mad skids going. |

Spent all of the past two days replacing every suspension component with genuine Ikeya Formula tie rods, CA's, and in went a set of 326power Chakuriki GT+S coilovers at a mild setting, and Z32 hubs for my five lug conversion.   New wheels are going to be mounted tomorrow! Also in the process of printing some stickers

So I was lying, my wheels haven't quite arrived but my tires have. Also, this is something I picked up today.   I bought an R32 GTS-T street drift car/missile, for a great price because of how fucked up the exterior is. The paint is faded, the hood is the wrong colour, and theres some minor damage to the rear crash bar hence why the rear bumper doesnt sit right at all. But under the hood..  It's got a fresh blacktop SR20 out of an S15, packing a T28 turbo with HKS FMIC kit. Power is sent to the wheels via an FSR0530 Z32 five speed gearbox, run to an R33 two way diff. Runs up a solid 266ps, which is more than enough for this car.  Inside, it's got an S15 steering wheel presumably pulled from the same car that the motor was taken from, and retains most of the factory interior besides the back seats.  A GTR bucket seat is the other mod to the interior, but otherwise, it is registered and road legal, just. My plans for this car are to get it all prettied up, build the SR or maybe try for a JZ, and just have a lot of fun. |

That's a good find. I think a 6cyl would be cool but an SR20 can be almost as powerful with the right setup.

  RAY's Nismo LMGT2 17x10 +11. These have been my dream wheel for a long time, but finally was about to snag a few sets. Yes, a few.. And..   Mildly inspired by Yoshinori Koguchi's old Type X 180. Not finished, but very happy with this car. |
