I like the idea of putting a modern engine + suspension into an older car so I want to do something like that as well. Possible is:
Golf MK3 with Golf MK6 GTI tech (Finding the engine + DSG trans will be tricky)
'71 Camaro with LS3 and modern suspension
70's Corolla with a more modern Toyota engine that has EFI (maybe a 4A-GE blacktop or silvertop) + new suspension
Im diggin that Golf idea and the Corolla idea... I may sell these vehicles I do as one offs or take custom orders. Im considering looking at BMW next though. Maybe the new twin turbo 3.0 from the F80 and suspension into an older E30?
