2 possible fixes from my viewpoint:
1:Delete the car
2:Reinstall the game and just reinstall the car,do NOT delete the original cars

I'm using BB93's slrr which I believe is 2.2.1 mwm and I just installed a fresh copy of it
I have not deleted any original cars
