Well if you dont ask about rankings and work hard(helping people on forums, making new mods, etc), out of interest(so if you start wondering about ranks you know already you'll never rank up), you might be noticed from the godfathers and get a rank suitable to what you did/do.
With so much drama in the V-S-T, it's kinda hard being Bigg B-O-double-S-ninetythree B)
