The headcover is what makes it a C20XE (also known as redtop), its the only engine from the GM/Opel/Vauxhall series that has the L shapes sparkplug cover.
And not to be hating, but the engine looks nothing like a real C20XE (check my signature picture alone.)

The reflection is too strong, but other then that nice work
A good paintable + reflection material setting should have 20 or less out of 100 for reflection
