Dude, the r33 is getting real close!
And the starte maybe is bad, i didn't checked that because, well, the engine was in that black r33 that i bought, maybe is good or not, check the wiring, all the ground wires, etc, maybe is that, if not, try to tap it with a hammer while it tries to crank, so you can start it and buy the starter and know that the starter is bad (the shop will pay the starter if it's that)
