@Crazy Eighty Eight you would be correct about the gearbox it is very "particular" with how you drive it lol. But looking over the service records, this seems to be the original transmission and it recently had service done so it should be okay for now! I will be keeping an eye on it, cause that is one V$15k job I don't want to do right now
6/25/19 - Shaking hands with rich peopleHey guys just throwing a little update on the 355 today as she is now registered and road worthy! I finally understand what all the hype was about when it comes to these older Ferrari as each time I drive this one I become more infatuated with it. Pretty soon it will be ready to go under the knife.. which leads me to this trip to the city I took today.. With the purchase of my very first Ferrari, I was invited onto the California Ferrari Club's main forum (yes, people still use those). It was here I made contact with a gentlemen named Randal, an avid collector of pre and post 2000s Ferraris alike. We met at the local art Gallery and discussed pricing on a very particular part that i want to get my hands on for the 355.. but that will be a story upon receiving Delivery of said item.. P.S: I need help fixing my AA using this new intel any ideas? |
