# Bigg Boss93 : Open to public =/= public.

What i mean is, if you do shit inside a privately owned car park is different than if you do it into a statal owned car park, at least that's how it works in italy.

Basically you're supposed to apply the road rules on both but they cant actually enforce some things in a private area, like a speeding or a dangerous driving ticket.

They can, however, peel your butt cheeks if you hit something, even just a wall(let alone cars or people).

I don't know man, but here in Lithuania and many other countries laws appear to be same for such shit, many guys have lost their licenses in the spot that I posted above, a lot of shit happened in the spot where Norbefilms did that infamous E36 tokyo drift shit *LINK* and so on, they might not give a shit if you don't damage stuff, but they hate skidmarks and other stuff a lot, as long as you don't damage shit cause they usually don't monitor such cctv's unless something happens, or avoid being snitched on then it will be alright, but if cops on sight it will be a fine guaranteed. Eh, I ain't a lawyer but I want people to keep their licenses lol :D
