I was kinda hiding the R34 progress under the hood, because it really was just stripping the car and repainting it, and waiting for the parts to arrive.

The R34 is almost stripped including the interior, so I could paint and find some suspicious spots, and start it as a "new" rolling chassis project.

The wide fender kits were the first to arrive, and it fits really well, didn't expect that. It took about a week to arrive, and costed about V$ 500.

It took really long than I expected, and it was really hard to get those old rubber and plastic parts out of the way, since most of the interior trim should be reused and the clips should not be broken or messed up.

Well it would be really nice to use new trims and pieces to "restore" it like new, but that's another story and I just wanted to have clean daily driven condition.

The body shell was in the paint booth and it needs some time to cure. I didn't reveal the color yet :)

I also got the used RB26 block with some big old turbo for V$ 6500 and it is being delivered. I assume the only part it will be reused is the engine block itself, and most components and assembly will take some time to source and be built.

The old RB25 will be sold as a used part and probably end up getting in someone's Silvia I guess.

Probably this R34 rebuild will outrun my Supra. As well as the cost. Damn.
