I think the limiter is indeed a wise move, if you want a prolonged engine life especially. Soooo I guess it still can hold the revs for a long time, without any need to rebuild atm.
If you think the Blacktop alone is enough/you don't need any spare motor yet, just sell it I'd say
I'll keep it for a while and yeah the owner made a smart move with the limiter.
But he also disenganged the LSD. -_-
Don't ask me how, but he did.
Also I'm disappearing for a while don't expect an update but I will keep in touch from time to time
