# MACKAY : How about you guys better try to enter my 200MPH club instead ?

The S14 that I had before was very capable of keeping steady pace at 250'ish, but it was one hell of a built oriented for track / wangan.

But anyways, 225' is nothing, whenever you will be coming to Osaka I will be taking each of you for a spin in GTR, but damn, you are probably the second person that I know which took its drift car on "wangan" run like this, 11K' was the first one with his JZX haha.

Also Macaron' aint that final drive will restrict you from reaching 330..?

Trust me when it comes to Lan Evos, It won't.

The stock final gear ratio is 4.67 to 1, which tops out at 240 KPH at 7000RPM. My old white Lan Evo X I had back in Europe topped out at 305 KPH at 8000RPM with a 4.26 to 1 ratio, Real St. 2.3L strocker kit and other goodies and stock aero. A 4.18 to 1 should be enough to reach that desired 320/330.

Edit: The gear ratios on the stock transmission are rather stretched, there's people who claimed to reach 265-270 on a full stock 5 speed Evo and 280 on the 6 spd Evo. The advantage we have 5 spders are that we can both have a long enough 2nd gear for touge and still reach speeds nearing the 310KPH, that's why most hillclimb Evos have the 5spd versions of their respective models.

Edit 2: The Evo X's real redline or at least fuel cutoff its at 7750.
