HERE WE GO NOW!!

[2 WEEKS LATER]

Finally got around to some of the parts being installed! The most obvious change is the new wheels (again lol). Although the Gutmann Intras were pretty much short-lived (used for only 2 weeks!) I think these current ones look better. I traded in BOTH the Gutmann Intras AND the Work Equip 40s for this set! But I can't say I regret that decision! When I took a trip to Osaka this guy I bought these wheels off of was part of the mainstream Honda community in Osaka. I just couldn't pass the deal up! Aaand he offered cash on his end, compensated by 130,000 yen (V$1300)! Nobody complained though, we were both happy at the end of the day. Plus, I made a new friend!

I am loving these wheelios though. Hayashi Racing Super Streets, UBER RARE! Centerlocking hubs! Had to buy 11mm 5x100 to centerlock adapters (22,000 yen/V$220)! The old adapters I used on the Intras were included in the trade btw. These Hayashis measure 16x7.5J ET+30 front and 16x8.5 ET+40 rear, wrapped in Bridgestone Potenza RE003s, 235/45/16 front and 245/40/16 rear.

They complement the brakes pretty well me thinks.











2nd order of business: Interior Articles!

Got myself a generic Recaro-ish bucket seat for 18,000 yen (V$180) at Super Autobacs Osaka. I'll probably upgrade to a better unit soon.



I also found time to install the A'PEXi PowerFC Controller I bought from Art of Wheel. Found a way to get it to work with my Hondata ECU. I got to add some gauges I bought to boot. Gauges are from Defi, Coolant Temp, Oil Temp, and Oil Pressure measurements from top-to-bottom respectively. Bought for 24,000 yen (V$240) total at Super Autobacs Osaka.



Oh yeah, relocated the battery (again) to the hatch this time.
