REVIVAL!!!

It's been a while guys! Been busy but here's some progress for you to enjoy.

Finally saved some money up to order a full built Spoon B18C from a DC2 Integra Type-R. This time, I chose not to boost it, I'm keeping it as a powerful, reliable, responsive VTEC motor. But of course, this has the Works done to it. Spoon Sports Complete DC2R B18C. Stock displacement of 1797cc, but upgraded internals. Block is forged. Balanced Pistons, Balanced Crankshaft, Balanced Connecting Rods. 81.0mm Bore, 87.2mm Stroke, 11.4:1 Compression. ARP Main Stud Kit, ARP VTEC Head Stud Kit, ARP Rod Bolt Kit, ARP Harmonic Damper Bolt Kit. Ported and Polished Head and Intake Manifold. J's Racing Headers. Spoon Sports Racing Balanced High .256 Intake Camshaft, Spoon Sports Racing Balanced High .245 Exhaust Camshaft. Spoon Sports Adjustable Intake and Exhaust Cam Gears. TODA Timing Belt. ARP Spark Plug Cover. NGK BKR6EIX Iridium Spark Plugs, 0.44mm Gap. Spoon Sports High Tension Plug Cord Power Cables. Spoon Sports Metal Head Gasket. Walbro 255LPH Fuel Pump. AEM Fuel Rail. 550cc High Impedance Top Feed Fuel Injectors. ARP Pressure Plate (Clutch Cover) Bolt Kit. ARP Flywheel Bolt Kit. Exedy Racing Stage 3 Hyper Single Plate Clutch Kit. Spoon Sports Chromoly Lightweight Flywheel. YAP. Money's gone lol, down the drain. Cost for the whole build was double the price of the car. 313,000 yen (V$3,130)! Let's hope it makes 313hp lol.

Now that the technicalities are done with. Cue progress pics!

Thank God for Al's engine hoist!

Nothing new for the rear end, still looks cool though haha

Had take the battery off first due to clearance issues. But after that it was all smooth sailing.

Aaaaand it's in!

Fitment is pretty snug in there I know. Oh yeah, also installed an ARP Wheel Stud Kit. V$25 shipped.

Wired everything up to the Hondata S300 Fully Programmable ECU. Topped up with 4L of the Spoon recommended Motul 300V Fully Synthetic Oil (18,000 yen (V$180) total, 4,500 yen (V$45) per liter). Turned the key. BRAP BRAP BRAP BRAP BRAP. It was really loud since I haven't gotten the flex pipe fabricated to fit the headers to the exhaust yet. But MAAAAN it sounded mad and raspy.

All tucked in and ready to get put back together.

Thanks for staying tuned! Assembly process coming soon!

Finances:
V$20,840 - V$3,130 - V$25 - V$180 + (V$655 x 3 weeks paycheck) = V$19,470
