Good stuff!
Finally, finally finished the dream S13 SR22 build for my S15.  Threw the full Tomei catalog at this motor - SR22 stroked short block, VET head with P12 cams and adjustable cam gear, Tomei ARMS M7960 on a custom Mazworx topmount manifold, 600cc Tomei injectors, the works. When I dyno'd it while it was in the S13 it made close to 450whp which is fucking nuts. This motor really hasn't changed since I first built it for the S13, but it's an entirely different animal with bigger injectors, a new exhaust manifold, and with the S15 six speed ratios and final drive.  Rana and Pedrosa over at Cooldown helped me assemble this motor back in the day in Ricardo's driveway.  I got it all settled in the S15 a couple days ago and have just been gently driving the car to break it in. This is definitely my favorite car in my entire garage.    I also threw on the 18 inch CST Hiper Zeros from the S13 as well since they were just sitting in my garage, and I think they look just a little better than the VS-KF's. Before when I first got the car in October  I suspect the car's been in an accident in the past considering how the Nismo bumper refuses to line up, but it hasn't affected the car's alignment or anything so I'm not super bothered. I'm very happy with this car, I might even bring this to STC88 Drift Con Rd.3 ;) |
