Some people was confused why I bought PS13 for?
My RPS13 was mid tuned SR20DET as I bought her, it has stronger materials type piston, con rod and cranks, high lift cams plus valves, and SR20VET rockers. They are not cheap (not rocker). As it got head gasket blown, it could be destroyed piston or block due overheat oils came from coolant. Problems is... I have short budget to rebuild RPS13. Plus, I been remove head off to check bottom end, turn out block have minor damaged same as piston because piston ring job to clearing bore to NOT oil get into combustion however due overheat oil from coolant has made piston ring damaged and oil got into combustion. That why my gauge don't tell lies about temps and they read boiling hot. |
