Let's Get Busy

As I said lets get down to business, last time I mentioned I bought a new car well I scraped that plan completely, since I got back my 180SX after it was stolen by goons and it's basically bare bones now lacking all the bodyparts even my seats and wheels, why not just rebuild and make it into something different I mean under the shit circumstances I have a reason to.

I sold the car I bought originally to be a new template for a seat time drift car, the car in question was a unmolested JDM 1994 Nissan Silvia S14 Zenki, I thought it best to put that money towards the 180SX instead, I originally paid V$9,000.00 for it but with my salesman charm I was able to sell it to a new owner for V$9,450.00 a V$450.00 profit which isn't too bad.

First thing first, new body parts since well I lack them I ordered a Origin Streamline Body Kit and a 326 Power lip wing that is suppose to come in Monday also new pop ups and tail Lights, I was gonna go for the Type X lights but it's kinda overplayed imo so I bought the red and clear ones with the black center those should come in tomorrow, what I was able to get early were these:

17" SSR GTX02 Lightweight Wheels wrapped in my favorite tires Falken Ziex ZE914

I wanted to have the retaining all its OG JDM parts but things happen, I'm not gonna go to wild but it would be something tame yet eye catching, I'm gonna be taking off all my slaps and starting again with the collage.

I have been updated on the Corrado and I should be getting it back later in the week the guys sent me a pic of it and its spitting some smooth flames, its gonna be great getting it back.

Now I mentioned being up to some shit and by shit I mean a track day, last weekend I took the GTR to where it was meant to be a track and not just any track, Laguna Seca, some of the clients we worked with rented the track for the day and invited the firm for a track day, since I drive a car thats track ready I snapped at the opportunity for some track experience, I bought some new wheels and tires since I'm not scuffing up my Work Emotions that and I don't think they were meant for track driving in mind, I bought some Volk Racing TE37SLs and 2 sets of the usual Toyo R888 tires.

I must say it was a blast finally doing some proper driving the car handled amazingly, but this track scared me shitless especially at the infamous "Cork-Screw" and my first time on it was just insane, I know its steep in games but its like going down a a mountain after a few runs I took a break to let the car cool down to take pics of the cars around the paddock and just taking in the experience.

I didn't really care about my times and I guess some of the other guys didn't as well because shit got wild, and when it rained a bit these guys went even more nuts:

I myself got in on that action.

Burning my brakes in the process.

Although I work around exotic cars for a living it was mindblowing seeing them being driven on the ragged edge in person:

But the day was filled with the smell of burning tires, roaring engines, bleeding ears, and Grinch level smiling and I need to do this again really soon.

Now that this over I got important things to deal with.
