I assume that it works like this;

Chassis 1: Hatch.
Chassis 2: Coupe.

Due to the way the mod is made, the parts, if the chassis are in the same door position when exported, should be basically interchangeable, with the exception of the trunk, and glass from the doors to the rear.

Am I correct?
