It needs a;
Gauge cluster.
Rims that are safe.
Suspension that isn't rusted to pieces.
An engine rebuild.
Disposal of rust.
A trunk.
A front fascia.

It can run with;
A small rebuild of the engine, and some rims.

Not safely. But have you seen the rest of the cars I use.
