All of the pictures are working. It's maybe because of a bad connection.
And it's a nice Skyline, but today was a pain in the ass changing out the engines. The RB20 was toast when we got home. Luckily we had your Camino to get that engine from the scrapyard today. The bank hates me As I said above. The RB20 is toasted, toasted with butter. As me and Zero were getting to our garage the RB started to make weird noises, and suddenly stalled on me. Zero towed me to our garage where we checked the oil pan and filter. There were some metal chunks in there. That means the engine was dead. As I had some contacts from local scrapyards, I immediately called most of them asking for a engine. No one had an RB20, but, yes BUT, they had an RB26DETT that was in a crashed R34. While Zero and Jeff were stripping down the engine bay and getting ready for everything, I took Jeffs El Camino and drove straight to the scrapyard. The seller told me that he will trade the RB26 for my RB20 with some extra cost, cuz u know its a RB20... These photos were taken at around 11AM...   When I got back to the garage with the RB26, we started putting it in. It was a whole day job. Luckily we borrowed a engine hoist from a small garage down the street. It's 11PM now, the engine is finally in the car, it's missing the intercooler pipes, we were too tired to put it in. Also it needs new airfilters, new radiator, oil change and so on. But, it was a fucking hectic day... I'm lucky that I got friends and team mates like Jeff and Zero. They're always ready to help, and I'm thankful for that. It looks a thousand times better with the RB26   And if anyone asks for the Supra, here's how she looks now:  Finances: +2250V$ Mondays paycheck +750V$ Blown RB20 -2750V$ RB26DETT -700V$ Work VS-KF rims + Falken tyres Money left: 32876V$ It's late as fuck and I should take a shower... |
