Well I didn't know you had a Silvia, But if your S14 was originally a USDM car, then you can import it back to the States... But the RX7 is illegal in the states to drive registered on the roads and stuff, therefor you only can use it in like musuems/just keeping it parked or drive it on track/private roads.
