What do you mean, "I will make the plates myself"? Those plates are default plates, and are therefore not among the ones I'm willing to give out.
(You can keep using them if you want, you just can't have them registered to you.)

Oh nvm did not know that, Then I'll request a normal swedish plate with the text "LOLVO", I can make the plate myself if you dont have the time to make it for me
